Description

Nicola Gatto: born in 1987 he was born in Montagnara (PD), a former professional rugby player where he played in the youth teams of Monselice Rugby and then joined the historic Petrarca Padova Club. After 6 seasons he moved to Rovigo Rugby Delta and then ended his playing career with the Mogliano Rugby shirt. In his career he has worn the blue jersey of all youth teams up to the under-21, participating in the FIRA under-18 (2004/2005), IRB Rugby World Cup under-19 (2006) and the Six Nations under-21 (2007). During the years spent at Mogliano, he began to deal with video analysis and, starting from the 2015/2016 season, he joined the Benetton Rugby staff as a video analyst, a role he still plays today. In the 2017/2018 season he was forward coach at Mogliano rugby and played the same role in the 2019/2020 season at Valsugana rugby (Serie A).
