Trainer since 1981 and professional since 1990. As Head Coach, he won 2 championships, 1 Italian Cup and in 8 seasons he reached the playoffs. Speaker in specialized technical courses and clinics, contributing significantly to the growing popularity of Basketball throughout Italy. Often invited by private companies and banking groups as a speaker and trainer in teambuilding dynamics, talent management and leadership skills. Loyalty to clubs, staff, players and fans is one of the characteristics that are recognized to them. From 1994 to 1997 he was responsible for the “School Project for the City of Rome”, involving more than 70 thousand students. He was the coach of 2 'MVP Nominations': Valerio Spinelli and Gigi Datome, respectively in the 2004 and 2012 championships. He was an instructor for 10 years at the Training Courses for Coaches of the Italian Basketball Federation. In 2013, he was Consultant to the Athletic Director at Loyola University in Chicago. In 2016, he was invited to Kampala by the Ugandan Federation for a workout with some athletes from their Men's National Teams and Coaching Clinics. He won the “Coach of the Year 2013" award from Coni Lazio, the “Retina d'Oro 2013" award and the CONI “Palm of the Bronze 2017” award for sporting merits.
