Hello, my name is Giulia!
I have a degree in Preventive and Adapted Motor Sciences, which makes me a Kinesiologist: a movement professional, with a scientific and personalized approach to physical health. My passion for sport accompanied me from a young age, starting as a mountain-bike athlete, and then exploring a wide range of disciplines, from the most classic to the most unusual and reckless.
Over the years I have gained experience in gyms of multinational chains, I have specialized in rehabilitation and support for people with physical disabilities, and I have perfected my preparation as a Personal Trainer. This journey has led me to understand the importance of targeted and individual attention for each customer, always focusing on their global well-being.
To guarantee the best results for my patients, I have expanded my training offer with massage treatments, to integrate the benefits of movement with those of muscle relaxation and regeneration.
In my studio, each lesson is structured in a “one to one” mode, to ensure maximum personalization, attention and safety. I also offer specific courses for gymnastics during pregnancy and for learning hypopressive breathing techniques, which promote postural recovery and core strengthening.
My goal is simple: to help you achieve optimal psycho-physical well-being, so that movement becomes an integral and fundamental part of your daily life. I will guide you step by step, to let you discover how transformative and powerful the right physical activity can be, not only for the body, but also for the mind.
