Alessio Di Chirico, known as “beef”, was born in Rome in 1989 and after years of sacrifices, he became one of the brightest Italian promises in the world of Mixed Martial Arts and middleweight. His professional debut was dated December 9, 2011, defeating Mohamed Anoir by submission at the Ronin FC 1 event. In 2014, he became IMMAF world champion in Las Vegas. The UFC debut comes on April 10, 2016 during 'UFC Fight Night 86' in Zagreb, Croatia. Alessio on December 16, 2017 in Winnipeg, Canada, in the context of the UFC on Fox 26 event, meets “The Holy War Angel” Bamgbose, knocking him out in the second minute of the second round, this success has obtained enormous media exposure in favor of the athlete and the entire MMA movement. On July 7, 2018, he continued his winning streak in the UFC, beating the American Julian Marquez in Las Vegas.
